Do you offer in-person training or courses? Now may be a good time to start offering them online. COVID-19 has changed the way we do business, live, shot and learn. Our behaviors change and will remain changed even post-COVID era. Online courses may become a great source of passive income for years to come. Here are your options:

  1. Use an online learning platform such as Kajabi, Thinkific, Udemy. These platforms charge a monthly fee that can be anywhere from $150 - $400 per month! If you plan to offer your courses for years to come, this will add up to quite a hefty cost.
  2. Add an online learning plugin to your own website. For a WordPress plugin, costs are anywhere from $100 - $300 per year (for the most common ones). There will be a one-time fee for your web designer to configure the plugin, and, depending on your skills, to help you prepare the material and course flow.

Our advice

If you want to dip your feet in online courses, use #1 to try it out. But if you plan to offer online course long-term, option #2 makes more sense.
